Pay Rate: £12.71 – £14.24 per hour (including rolled-up holiday pay)
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday (Overtime Available)

We are currently recruiting experienced Timber Frame Operatives to join a well-established and growing business in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work within a clean, organised, and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will play a key role in the assembly of high-quality timber frame products, including roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, and spindles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble timber roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, and spindles to specification.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans accurately.

• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.

• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in timber frame assembly, woodworking, manufacturing, or a similar role.

• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team.

• A valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential.
