We are currently recruiting experienced Timber Frame Operatives to join a well-established and growing business in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work within a clean, organised, and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will play a key role in the assembly of high-quality timber frame products, including roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, and spindles.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble timber roof trusses, wall panels, floor panels, and spindles to specification.

Read and interpret technical drawings and production plans accurately.

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.

Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in timber frame assembly, woodworking, manufacturing, or a similar role.

Ability to read and work from technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team.

A valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential.
