Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, reliable and enjoys practical work within a production and assembly setting.

Duties
Assembling components and products to required specifications.
Using hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively.
Following assembly instructions, drawings and production procedures.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working area.

Requirements
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable.
Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Good practical and manual skills.
