Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Shifts: Sunday – Thursday 22:00 -06:00 OR Monday – Thursday 21:00 – 07:00
Location: Lutterworth, LE17
Salary: £15.15 – £16.97 per hour

Key Duties:

• Operate the Counter Balance Forklift to move goods around the warehouse.
• Load and unload products to/from vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Follow pick instructions to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
• Assist in inventory management and stocktaking.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Please note this role is 50% on the truck

Key Requirements:

• Must be able to read and write clearly in English.
• Counter Balance licence ( inhouse accepted)
• Experience in using hand scanners for stock tracking and inventory.
• Ability to follow detailed pick instructions.
• Computer literate with basic knowledge of warehouse systems.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
