Location: B70, West Bromwich

We are seeking reliable and motivated Logistics Operatives to join a dynamic warehouse and distribution team. Opportunities are available across both day and night shifts.

Logistics Operative – Days

Pay: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rotating

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck licence OR M1/M3 Combi licence
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics environments
• Competency in using warehouse equipment and scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable with a diligent work ethic

 

Logistics Operative – Nights

Pay: £13.50 – £14.00 per hour plus 25% night shift allowance
Hours: 39 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Rotating

• Sunday to Wednesday: 10:00pm – 6:00am
• Thursday: 10:00pm – 5:00am

Requirements

• Valid multi-directional / Combi / side-loader forklift licence
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics environments
• Competency in using warehouse equipment and scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable with a diligent work ethic

 

The Role

As a Logistics Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Checking products and quantities prior to despatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles using forklift equipment
• Receiving and replenishing stock
• Managing customer collections and returns
• Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems
• Completing warehouse paperwork and data entry efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
