We are currently recruiting for a Production Assistant to join a busy and supportive manufacturing team based in Coventry. This is a hands-on role working within a Automotive paint shop environment, ideal for someone reliable, practical, and comfortable with manual work.

Key Responsibilities
* Working within a Automotive paint shop environment
* Supporting the production team with day-to-day operations
* Manual handling of materials and components
* Using hand tools safely and effectively
* Operating machinery used to clean paint from automotive parts

About You
* Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
* Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Reliable with a strong work ethic
* Previous experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial but not essential
