Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts

Start Time: 6:00am

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Recycling Operatives to join a busy recycling and waste management operation in Stratford-upon-Avon.

This is a hands-on role suited to reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team responsible for sorting and processing recyclable materials while maintaining a safe and tidy working area.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting recyclable materials accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading materials as required
• Working on and around recycling equipment and machinery
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
• Carrying out general duties as required by the site supervisor

The Ideal Candidate

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Physically fit and able to undertake a hands-on role
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Good awareness of health and safety
• Previous recycling, warehouse, waste management or production experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided

Important – Location

Due to the site’s location and the 6:00am start time, candidates will need to live locally or have their own reliable transport to get to site. Public transport may not be suitable for the early start.
