Job Description

This role involves supporting day-to-day operational activities within the assigned department. The successful candidate undertakes routine tasks to ensure smooth workflow and effective service delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out assigned duties promptly and efficiently in accordance with organisational guidelines.
  • Assist with the preparation, organisation and maintenance of documentation and records.
  • Provide basic support with administrative tasks as required.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external contacts where necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Identify and report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
  • Operate office equipment and software applications relevant to the role.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Education

  • General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Experience
